It is written to cover both public marketing pages and the way we handle personal data connected to course enquiries, trials, enrolment, school partnerships, and student support.

This policy does not override any school-issued notice, programme handbook, or separate consent form that may apply to a specific classroom, school programme, workshop, photo release, or online learning tool. Where a school or institutional partner is involved, that school may provide additional privacy information and may also have its own responsibilities under applicable law.

2. Information we collect

Information you submit directly

• Parent, guardian, or authorised adult name.
• Student name.
• Mobile or WhatsApp number.
• Email address.
• Student age, class / grade, school name, city, and preferred learning mode.
• Course interest, trial interest, school partnership enquiries, and free-text questions or messages.

Information we may collect if a student enrols

• Batch allocation, attendance, parent communications, progress notes, certificates, and support history.
• Project submissions, portfolio materials, or showcase entries shared as part of programme delivery.
• Operational details needed for classroom management, safety, and school coordination.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type, device information, approximate location, page visits, timestamps, referring pages, and interaction data.
• Cookie and similar technology data used for website performance, analytics, and campaign measurement.
• Event data associated with page views, contact clicks, and registration actions on our website.

Communications and support data

• Messages, call records, or WhatsApp conversations when you contact us for admissions, support, or follow-up.

We do not collect card or banking details on this website. If a fee payment is handled later through a separate payment link, bank transfer, or offline process, the privacy terms of the relevant payment provider or school process may also apply.

• Maintain site security, prevent misuse, investigate issues, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not make admission, discipline, or student evaluation decisions based solely on automated processing through this website.

4. Children, parents, and school data

YuvaCoders serves school-age learners. Because the services are designed for children and teenagers, we take extra care with data relating to minors. Our public website and enquiry forms are intended to be used by a parent, guardian, or another authorised adult acting for the student.

• We ask parents, guardians, or authorised school representatives to provide student information where needed for enquiries, admissions, class placement, or support.
• We collect child-related details such as age, grade, school, and course preference to recommend the right programme and manage delivery.
• We do not knowingly invite children to create public accounts, post publicly on the website, or disclose unnecessary personal data through the site.
• If we learn that a child submitted personal data directly without appropriate parent, guardian, or authorised school involvement, we may verify the submission, contact the parent / guardian, or delete the information.
• Where a programme is run in partnership with a school, the school may provide an additional privacy notice, consent process, or parent communication that also applies.

If a live online class, recording, classroom photo, project showcase, or school event requires additional notice or consent, we may provide that separately at the programme level.

5. Cookies and Meta Pixel

Our website may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site, understand traffic, and measure campaign performance. This includes the Meta Pixel on the public landing page.

• These tools help us understand page views, form submissions, contact actions, and whether ads or campaigns are leading to enquiries.
• They may collect device, browser, IP, and page interaction data.

We do not knowingly use a child's school performance, learning progress, or classroom work for targeted advertising. Our intent is that public marketing measurement is directed at adult decision-makers such as parents and guardians.

If YuvaCoders is reorganised, merged, or transfers substantially all of its educational operations, relevant data may be transferred as part of that process subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

We keep data only for as long as reasonably necessary for admissions, education delivery, parent communication, certificates, safety, accounting, legal, and operational purposes.

• Website enquiry and trial records: typically up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, unless a longer period is needed for disputes, safety, or legal reasons.
• Enrolled learner records: during the programme and for a reasonable period afterwards to support certificates, parent queries, audits, repeat enrolment, or legal obligations.
• Marketing suppression records: where needed so we can honour an unsubscribe or do-not-contact request.

When information is no longer needed, we aim to delete it, anonymise it, or keep only the minimum record necessary for legal or operational reasons.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. 13. Robotics Job Track (college students and colleges)

This section covers the Robotics Job Track pages at yuvacoders.in/robotics-job-track, a programme for people aged 18 and above. Parents may fill in the form on behalf of their child.

• What we collect: your name and WhatsApp number; whether you are a student, graduate, professional or parent; your college, branch and year; and the track you are interested in. For colleges, also your designation, email (optional), the options you tick and any message. We may also record which ad or link brought you to the page.
• Partly filled forms: the student form has two steps. When you finish step 1, we save your name and WhatsApp number so we can follow up even if you do not finish step 2.
• Why we collect it: only to tell you about the Robotics Job Track, send you batch dates and your early-access price, and answer your questions. We don't sell your details or share them with other companies for marketing.
• How we contact you: by WhatsApp, phone call or email, only after you tick the consent box on the form.
• How long we keep it: until admissions for the first batch close, plus 12 months, unless you join the course or ask us to delete it sooner.
• Your rights: you can ask us to show, correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you. Message or email us and we'll do it within 7 days. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying "STOP" on WhatsApp.
